All are well packed and well sealed, including the main device which is shrink wrapped with a clear plastic.

no! no! Hair is a nice piece of product that comes in 3 attractive colours, pink for ladies, black for men and a silver piece for both sexes.
What I had received is the silver piece.

And the black one for men. Black is no difference from the other coloured device so ladies can pick black too if they want. ^_^
Thermicon Tips
2 size thermicon tips available in every box - Wide & Narrow Tip.
Wide tip are generally for large areas like arms and legs while narrow tip's for small and sensitive areas like face, underarms and bikini line.
no! no! Cleaning Brush
For cleaning off the crystallized hair on the thermicon tips or the device.
Buffer
To buff over the area where it's been treated by the no! no! device to remove any coarse stubble-like hair left behind.
User Manual
As always, many words to read before using any gadgets (kinda like mobile phones and cameras). Fail to read any of them, there bound to be problems happening later. Lolx~
Their illustrations are well drawn and really easy to follow.
